A monthly gathering space for growth, belonging, and support.

Manitos is an active community of femmes, healers, mothers, artists, and kin, cultivating connection through shared meals, grounding practices, and conversation. We gather the first Sunday of every month in Portland, Oregon.

 I offer grounded, intentional ceremony work rooted in tradition, spirituality, and community. My style is intuitive, inclusive, and always focused on healing through connection.

Offerings Include: Closing the Bones Ceremonies, Rebozo Techniques Workshops, Perinatal Pleasure-Centered Support, Sacred Circles and Rituals for Grief, Transition, or Celebration

 I’m a certified doula in the state of Oregon, offering care that is deeply informed by both ancestral wisdom and trauma-informed practice. I accept OHP/Medicaid and private pay. 

 In addition to my private practice, I serve as the Program Assistant for the Oregon Doula Association(link out), where I support statewide efforts to strengthen, protect, and uplift the work of doulas through advocacy, education, and frontline organizing. I am also a contracted doula with Portland New Family Fund(link out), working directly with families to expand access to culturally grounded, community-based postpartum care.

 Billing and payment support is available for all services. Please contact with any questions regarding invoices, transactions or filing.

I am available for retreats, pop-ups, and immersive experiences. Contact me to bring this work to your event or gathering.

In-person CPR classes launching in 2026. Offerings will include Infant, Child, Adult, BLS and more. These classes will be accessible, trauma-informed, and focused on real-world readiness. More details coming soon.
